The initial step toward a successful implementation is to fully understand client needs. With a collaborative environment focused on creating combined objectives, we are able to administer the best possible outcomes. A dedicated Service Delivery Manager will work closely with your Relationship and Release Managers to ensure that impacts to your business are clearly communicated, understood and planned well in advance and a well-established project plan is developed with clearly defined tasks.


With client needs at the forefront, a conversion element is built and customised to optimise the user-experience based on customer requirements.


We provide clients with non-technical, hands-on system training as well as coherent step-by-step training documentation and lesson plans covering all business processes. Clients also have the option of a ‘Train the Trainer’ session, to ensure their whole organisation is fully up to speed.


Because we understand the impact that testing new applications has on your business, we undertake enterprise level testing on your behalf. Our rigorous testing process covers all aspects and involves repeated testing, leaving no stone unturned. This ensures that all issues are ironed out before we go live. Prior to launch, we undertake a dress rehearsal of critical path tasks to mitigate the overall project risk.
