After launching DA Digital Banking, Beyond Bank wins CANSTAR online banking awards
Following the launch of DA Digital Banking, we are pleased to congratulate our client, Beyond Bank, for achieving dual success in the 2016 Canstar Awards. Beyond Bank has once again managed to take out the ‘Customer-Owned Institution of the Year – Online Banking’ award for the second year running as well as win the ‘Customer-Owned Institution of the Year – Mobile Banking’ award, a category that was introduced for the first time this year.
Here at DA, we were able to help an Australian mutual develop capabilities that resulted in the simplification of everyday transactions and advancements in financial management tools through a seamless user experience. As a result, our client’s digital improvements have been recognised on a national scale, and notably, both the Online Banking and Mobile Banking awards were received in the first year of their respective launch.
In an increasingly challenging financial services market, Beyond Bank understood the need for modernisation of their Digital Banking system in order to remain relevant both today and in the future. Therefore, our client sought to develop a platform that provided 24/7 customer access and was available at any time, anywhere, on any device.
Subsequent to implementation of our digital platform, Beyond Bank were able to offer a range of user improvements including the ability for customers to manage their payments and finances on desktop, tablet and mobile, options to schedule future payments or change their daily transfer limit, as well as tools to calculate savings or mortgage repayments.
Our Digitial Banking platform also allowed users to access PFM (Personal Financial Management), a powerful tool that measures spending, sets financial goals and tracks monetary habits.
Additionally, our Banking App, developed for both Apple and Android. has given customers 24/7 access with the ability to emulate physical transactions using Tap & Pay functions.
With the capability of providing flexible customer and member facing solutions, both our Digital Banking and Banking App have proven to be successful in helping Beyond Bank gain recognition in becoming an industry leader. We are confident our products will continue to contribute toward improved digital banking solutions in the future, as we work toward enabling further mutual business success.
