In June this year we commemorated the company’s 30^th anniversary with a staff lunch. But it wouldn’t be a real celebration without inviting all our guests, partners, clients and friends to join us in marking the milestone. Accordingly, we hosted a drinks and canapés celebration night on Sunday the 25^th of September, in the modern ‘kitchen café’ space of our new offices.

The event was held amidst the COBA Conference in Adelaide, affording guests the convenience of only a short stroll from the conference venue at the Adelaide Convention Centre, once the day’s proceedings had concluded. At 6:30pm, guests arrived in abundance, making their way through the office’s open spaces where rooms were lit up displaying slideshows of company news, client successes, the DA Client Conference and service offerings.

With the kitchen somewhat transformed into a cocktail bar, everyone gathered to mingle over a drink or two while canapés were passed around. Guests were impressed with giant letters ‘D’ and ‘A’ lit up in the background to impart a touch of glitz and glamour to the night.

Midway through the evening, our CEO, Karl Grant, addressed the crowd with a few words of welcome and briefly spoke of our journey. Attendees were also able to take a break from all the networking and escape into the Virtual Reality world with our Oculus Rift headset.

As the evening came to a close, guests departed with a gift box of FruChocs, one of South Australia’s most iconic delicacies. With over 60 people joining us for the celebration, the evening was a great success and we’d like to thank everyone for coming.
