P&N Bank improve their online experience with DA Digital Banking
We would like to welcome our client, P&N Bank, to DA Digital Banking. The Western Australian based mutual bank recognised the need to make significant improvements to their existing online banking service, after listening to feedback from their members.
The successful launch of DA Digital Banking and the DA Banking App took place early last week, subsequently allowing P&N Bank to provide their members with an easier log-in and more self-service options. Additionally, their new Banking App offers members some notable features including the fingerprint ID login, and a home screen that can be personalised with members’ photos.
Now with P&N coming on board to DA Digital Banking, we’re pleased to acknowledge that all of our clients, who offer their customers and members Internet Banking, are now using DA Digital Banking services. This pays testament to the trust our clients have that DA’s forward-thinking Digital Banking solution will improve the online user experience for their customers.
